- Quality
Unless otherwise noted, every item offered is brand new,
with original manufacturers’ warranty. If the item
you receive is not as advertised, is defective, or fails
to perform within 30 days we will replace or exchange it
at no cost to you.
- Price
We monitor our competitors’ pricing daily to ensure
that we offer the best possible value. With few exceptions
and conditions, we guarantee the price you pay will be the
lowest advertised price or we will refund the difference.
- Your Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other
reason and you contact us within 10 days, and return the
item within 30 days of receipt we will be happy to exchange
it or refund your purchase price (restrictions and charges
may apply).
All returns require a pre-authorization number and that you
ship the item back to us in the same manner it was shipped
to you. All returns must be received by us within 30 days
of the original invoice date. Items returned without prior
authorization or beyond the 30 day period will be refused
and returned to you. We are not responsible for lost or damaged
shipments. If you are exchanging the item because it does
not perform as advertised, or it is initially defective, we
will pay the shipping cost for both the return and replacement
without a restock charge. If you are returning the item for
any other reason you will be responsible for the return shipping
cost and may be subject to a restock charge of up to 15%.
Refused shipments will incur a restock charge.
Returns are subject to certain other restrictions and charges.
Closeouts, seconds and items sold `as-is’ cannot be
returned. Custom made or modified items, including personalized
or embroidered items may not be returned except if the item
does not meet the agreed specifications. Returns without authorization
will be refused and we cannot be responsible for these shipments.
We believe our prices are the most competitive advertised
prices available in the US market. We monitor our competitors’
advertising and websites regularly to ensure you get the lowest
possible price. Due to the nature of the internet however,
it is impossible to determine if all advertisers are offering
first quality, new merchandise, if the item is in stock or,
in some cases, if the advertiser is an authorized dealer.
If you find a lower everyday price from an authorized internet
dealer on any item we offer either before or within 10 days
after your purchase, we will, in most instances, meet that
price or refund the difference. To notify us, you must contact
us and provide the item model number and the competitive website
address. If, in our sole discretion, we determine that the
competitive price does not meet the required conditions, you
may elect to cancel your order or return the item for a full
refund of your purchase price without incurring a restock
charge. Our pricing policy does not apply in the following
instances: closeouts, sale prices, auctions, unadvertised
price, price not currently available, dealer located outside
the US or unauthorized dealer.
