Return Policy

Products may be returned to Beacon Worldwide for replacement or refund within 30 days of the invoice date. After 30 days, all returns must be sent directly to the manufacturer of the product.

Returns to Beacon Worldwide must be shipped pre-paid. All returned items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The original packing slip must be included and the Return Merchandise Authorization number must be visible on the outside of the shipping package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. A $25.00 re-boxing fee will be charged for products not returned in the original manufacturer's packaging.

If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement within 30 days from date of invoice.

If you are returning a non-defective product that has been opened, you may be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Special order items may be returned for replacement only; refunds will not be issued for special orders.

All refunds for non-defective return items exclude shipping charges.

Allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.
