Warranty Service and Repair
The
following product warranties are for your information and are
provided by each manufacturer. Please note that Beacon Worldwide,
Inc is not responsible for the manufacturers’ warranties.

SKB
WARRANTY
SKB limited lifetime warranty protects against defects
in materials and craftsmanship for the life of the original
owner. Any defects in workmanship will be covered by SKB. SKB
will provide replacement parts needed for the repair or replacement
of any product found to be defective. Damages due to accident,
improper care, negligence or normal wear and tear, where SKB
is not at fault, will be repaired for a reasonable charge. SKB
does not replace cases due to damaged hardware. All hardware
including locks, latches, handles and wheels have been designed
to be field replaceable and replacement parts will be supplied
to you at no charge except for shipping costs. A simple phone
call is all that is required for you to receive replacement
parts. If you need assistance with the replacement procedure
please call our customer care department.

LUMINOX
WATCH WARRANTY
Every Luminox watch purchase includes a manufacturer’s
warranty which protects against defects in manufacturing for
one year. The traser illuminations system is warranted for ten
years. If your watch requires service, return it with proof
of purchase (invoice copy) and $10.00 to cover shipping and
handling of the return shipment to you. The warranty does not
apply to the band, crystal, crown, bezel or battery, nor does
it cover defects due to misuse or abuse, including defects due
to servicing at non authorized Luminox service centers. The
Luminox warranty is not honored if the watch is purchased from
an unauthorized dealer. This warranty gives you specific legal
rights according to the state in which you reside.
Luminox watches purchased at Beacon Worldwide include the
Beacon satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are
dissatisfied with your purchase please let us know within
10 days of receiving your purchase to obtain a return authorization
number. You may return your purchase for exchange or refund
so long as we receive it within 30 days of your original invoice
date. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

UNDERWATER
KINETICS WARRANTY
All UK products carry a limited lifetime warranty to
the original retail purchaser to be free from defective material
and workmanship under normal and intended use. In addition,
the Underwater Kinetics limited warranty covers materials used
in its products to the original purchaser, from the date of
purchase as follows: plastics for 10 years; fabrics and rubber
for 3 years; rechargeable batteries for 90 days; lamps for 30
days (batteries and lamps are not manufactured by Underwater
Kinetics). In the event the original retail purchaser detects
a defect in the material or workmanship, the product, along
with proof-of-purchase date should be returned to an authorized
Underwater Kinetics dealer or directly to Underwater Kinetics
with the postage prepaid. Underwater Kinetics agrees to repair
or replace, at Underwater Kinetics’ sole discretion any
product found to be defective in material and workmanship within
the time period specified above.

VANGUARD
/ WINCHESTER / GUARDFORCE WARRANTY
The warrantor is Vanguard (USA), Inc. Vanguard warrants
that, for one year from date of initial purchase to the original
owner of this product that is will be free from defects in materials
and craftsmanship with only the limitations and exclusions set
forth below.
Warranty Duration: This warranty to the original user shall
last for one year from the original date of purchase by the
original owner. The warranty is invalid if the product is
(A) damaged due to misuse, neglect or not maintained as reasonable
or necessary; (B) modified, altered, or used as part of any
conversion assembly, subassemblies, or any configuration or
purpose for which it was not expressly intended or (C) serviced
or repaired by someone other than the Vanguard Service Center
for a defect or malfunction covered by this warranty.
In the event the product does not conform to this warranty
at any time while this warranty is in effect, warrantor will
repair the defect and return it to you without charge for
parts, service or any other cost incurred by warrantor in
connection with the performance of this warranty. THE ONE
YEAR WARRANTY SET FOR ABOVE IS THE SOLE AND ONLY WARRANTY
PERTAINING TO THE PRODUCT AND IS IN LIEU OF, AND EXCLUDES
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, WHETHER EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED OR ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW, INCLUDING, BUT
NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
OR PROVIDE FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT OR PAYMENT OF INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow this exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the
aforementioned limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
